Accept it as best knowledge but don't lock it in. I was diagnosed with one for a while before finding out it was more of a spicy cocktail of audhd and cyclothemia 😆

That could be a poor description of Cyclothemia but honestly that's such a weakly defined condition they might as well call it "Being Human"

That second one is anxiety incidentally. Low grade anxiety is often symptomatic of a minor brain chemistry imbalance, especially if you have slight depressive swings but they're not predictable outside of one happening after the other. It's called cyclothemia, rare side effect of other brain issues.

Also on reflection, I did actually take loads of drugs. It was just that they were to treat an ever-changing galaxy of mental health diagnoses I copped in that time (everything from anxiety and depression to bipolar, cyclothemia and OCD).
