I've had to get colonoscopies every 1-3 years for the past decade+ because of my #CrohnsDisease. It's not the most fun process, but it's not the biggest deal and is essential to make sure you are in good shape. Get it done.

Bonus: The meal afterwards is one of the most wonderful you'll ever have.
I got my first colonoscopy after Chadwick passed. And I'll say from experience, get that done. The prep is way worse than the procedure itself, and the prep is just you shittin... A LOT. More than you've ever shit. In your life. You will shit the first meal you had. Your eyes will get lighter.
