FML i'm starting to drop weight again.
I lost 30 lbs from feb 16-the end of march.
i've lost another 5 this week...
Sept.'s appt cannot come soon enough.

My body is not vibing with climate change. Today’s high is 32, tomorrow’s is 63, and then it’s back down in the low 30s on Monday… and my joints are screaming at me w/ a likely chance the rapid pressure change is gonna kick off a migraine if I’m not super careful.

Had a lady compliment how good I smell when I went to the mailbox. I loved the cinnamon and nutmeg earthy scent of my body spray.
I just thanked her and went on my way. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was Tiger Balm's extra strength ointment.
