#blujepa
Blujepa was approved in March of this year. Contepo was approved in November. Orlynvah was approved in October of 2024, but I threw it in here too. I actually have heard of Blujepa being used in practice, but I haven't heard of anyone seeing Orlynvah yet.

Sad high five of solidarity! FWIW, Blujepa (gepotidacin) has actually hit the market now; it's a new class that might hit allergies differently, although it's only FDA approved for UTI right now

Yeah, I usually have to talk the doctor into Cipro with "yes I know the risk, yes I am fine with it, I react really badly to everything else", sigh. The newly approved antibiotic is Blujepa (gepotidacin): it got approval in March but they haven't spun up production yet.
