Nunca es tarde para aprender. Yo me metí hace dos años a clases para adultos que no sabían nada: nivel patito inútil (en la YMCA) y con dos meses seguidos de aprendizaje y entrenamiento me puse fit. Es el ejercicio más completo. Y supongo que también es un básico para sobrevivir al fin del mundo 🤭
