I wonder if ICE/DHS’s facial identification software/program is the source of finding the video. Wouldn’t be surprised. Alex Pretti had just as much right & reason to be incensed about ICE/CBP unlawful activity as anyone else. But his reactions 11 days earlier are irrelevant to his murder last week

Arresting a lawful permanent resident with valid proof may violate the Fourth Amendment (unlawful stop, arrest, excessive force), Fifth Amendment due process, and Equal Protection. Federal civil rights statutes and tort laws may also be broken, totaling roughly 5–10 violations. Sue the fuckers 👍
