The Players This is a game for 3-6 players. One player takes on the role of the Keeper of the Keys (or The Keeper) -- you present the Worlds and challenges to the apprentices. Start small! Your first project shouldn't be a 500-page tome. A one-page RPG, a small adventure or a focused micro-game is a fantastic way to learn the ropes and, most importantly, actually finish something. (3/9)

Just tagging this for the #TTRPGDesign feed, cos I still want name ideas for the system.
It's based on modular arithmetic/"clock maths" where high numbers loop back to low ones; using the 2d12 probability distribution so attributes nearer 13 on the dial will be "better".

Hey #TTRPG Bluesky! I need a name for a system where the attributes/stats/abilities are arranged on a wheel/dial/clock like this. Current working title is Rosette Core (it could be a rosette) but in the game I've used it for so far, I've called it an Attribute Clock.

Mysticism is used in tandem with their expertly fighting techniques, allowing feats that are seemingly supernatural. Level 3: Mythic Weapon You learn a ritual that creates a magical bond between yourself and one melee weapon. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a Short Rest. The weapon must be within your reach throughout the ritual, at the conclusion of which you touch the weapon and forge the bond. The bond fails if someone else is bonded with or attuned to your chosen weapon. A bonded weapon gains the Thrown property, with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. You can recall it (no action required) as long as you're on the same plane as the weapon. Part of a subclass description that reads: Level 3: Mythic Arts To harness the ancient powers of the farlands, you learned techniques known as Mythic Arts — which you can use three times. You regain one expended use of your Mythic Arts when you finish a Short Rest, and you regain all of them when you finish a Long Rest. You gain an additional use of your Mythic Arts when you reach Fighter levels 7 (four total), 10 (five total), 15 (six total). Impelling Pursuit. By channeling your mythical powers, you can propel yourself forward at incredible speeds. Once on your turn, you can propel yourself 15 feet in any direction without expending any movement. If you collide with a creature at the end of this movement, it must make a Strength saving throw (DC 8 plus your Strength or Dexterity Modifier (your choice) and Proficiency Bonus) or gain the Prone Condition. Violent Recall. When you recall your Mythic Weapon after a successful Thrown attack, you can violently recall it in a straight line that tears through anything in its path. Each creature in its path takes 1d6 + Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice) Force Damage.

It's kinda tricky to just invent that!
