Well there's your problem, you need to run deoxidizer to undo the changes from oxidizer, THEN you run decork. Don't decork after you oxidize without deoxidizing. This was in the latest update, it was posted on the Slack they run with the Recork team

Today I uncorked a new bottle carefully as usual, letting the carbonation out a bit at a time, until the pressure had equalized.
I then proceeded to recork the bottle and turn it over a few times to shake up the pulp at the bottom.

FYI: 10g prog powder + 750ml hamilton 151 (typical 80 proof rum will NOT work, can probably only go as low as 138 proof but don't waste good rum on this as it becomes very bitter) recork and shake until dissolved, comes out to about 400mg per ounce which is a lot so i cut 1/2oz with water into grog
