Most novels and thrillers don’t age well. A while ago I gave 9 very large boxes with books from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s to the thriftstore.
Cleaning my “office” where all my bookcases are, i found more. I enjoyed all these books a lot, but found them extremely oldfashioned.

It’s called kruudmoes (herb sauce/puree), and it’s usually only made when the herbs are in season. Some people pour golden syrup over it too.
It’s extremely regional and oldfashioned.
But you can rework the ingredients into a great grain and herb salad. Pickle the raisins, buttermilk dressing, etc
