When I look at photos from the streets of Minneapolis, I am reminded of the Ukrainian Maidan, the Rose Revolution in Georgia, and other dramatic events in countries where citizens subconsciously felt that their country was moving towards authoritarianism and wanted to stop it at all costs.

We in #Minneapolis have a fundamental #humanright to exist and to move freely about the streets of our city, just like all other residents of #America. It's universal standard practice that there be a legitimate investigation when any of us are deprived of that right and killed by law enforcement.
