🙌For me, some highlights were the successful closure of the ALUNA project, our Roundtables in 🇫🇷&🇵🇹, and engaging with passionate people at the #VictimSupportEurope Annual Conference or the #BEiNG-WISE Technical Joint Meeting. + of course, continuing to work alongside my amazing colleagues at
#ICMEC.

yeah I think interpol is the best strategic option

icmec has a global reporting portal, though I don't know if it satisfies the federal obligation to report to ncmec (18 usc § 2258A); 2258A(g)(4) doesn't include icmec in its list of who providers are authorized to disclose to

interpol is fine tho

staff training, policies, reporting pathways, governance, and parent/student engagement.
Conclusion
Only the ICMEC School Staff Training Template (PPT) explicitly references race and discriminatory language. The other three documents do not mention race, racism, or discrimination directly.

Also notes in Grooming section that anybody can groom a child regardless of race.
ICMEC School Safeguarding Planning Document (Word)
No direct mention of race, discrimination, or racism. Focus is on safeguarding action planning,

Important round table this morning with ICMEC calling for serious action on AI facilitated child sexual abuse
September 1, 2025 at 10:41 PM
But yeah, just wanted to cover that before someone asked about it. Again, *as far as I know* the ICMEC is a legitimate organizaiton that does legitimate work.

That doesn't mean they can't do better or that there aren't things that maybe aren't *problematic* but are *concerning*.
August 14, 2025 at 12:35 AM
And I *know* what it looks like to criticize the ICMEC, but know that I do this from a place of WANTING this issue resolved. I WANT them to improve. I WANT children to be safe.

But internet censorship does not solve the issues the causes CSA.

I don't want to jump to conspiracy land, however there are questions as to why the ICMEC page places so much importance on her working in porn, as well as to how the fuck did he LOSE a case that normally is an easy win for the parent who didn't flee a country with a child.
August 14, 2025 at 12:34 AM
Oh! Also I should explain what I mean about eyebrow raising with ICMEC because they *do* do a fair amount of good work as far as I'm aware. They're one of the largest more legitimate organizations on the topic of CSA.

Their wikipedia and the wikipedia of their board are also EXTREMELY scrubbed.

So. IWF like the ICMEC are sponsors of the above visa program. Also like ICMEC they do have some good points but then there's eyebrow raising things.

The IWF is just far more open about swinging more extreme in its censorship, which ironically only harms efforts to deal with this material.

🤝 Bridging fields to better protect children

🎙️ Honoured to have been the Keynote at the BEiNG-WISE Technical Meeting at the University of Calabria, 🇮🇹. I presented our work at ICMEC combating child abuse & recovering missing kids, & how tech can increase risks but also make children safer.
July 3, 2025 at 6:09 PM
I also want to thank ICMEC colleagues & partners who shared their insights into how tech & AI can better help victims: John Peirce, Jeff Ross, Shumi Jahan, Rolf Uebler, Tricia Fietz & others, your experience made my presentation more impactful!

ICMEC thinks we should hold off until a hardware based system is in place, and even then they have 1A constitutional concerns
May 16, 2025 at 12:55 AM
Right now? I will agree with the leading experts the ICMEC say none as the tech to do it right does not exist. Its literally safer for children the way things are right now, as wide open easily accessible porn sites are generally easily monitorable for CSAM
