そして今朝はMayDaysさんとこのジュンチヤバリさんHSP2024を飲んでおります。これで飲み切り。酒飲んだ後の乾いた体に美味しいお茶がしみる～。ちょうど一回分の茶葉が残せていて、自分の目と手を誇りたくなった。そして春が終わるころに春に摘んだお茶を飲み終えるというのも何か風情があって良いですね（なお収穫後、加工から販売まで時間があるのは考えないものとする）
このお茶は、お店の方に勧めてもらえなかったら出会えなかったし美味しさを知らなかったお茶だなあ。そして例年よりしっかりした味との紹介通り、淡いお茶はあまり好まない私にも楽しめて、良い出会いをいただきました。ごちそうさまでした！

世間ではGW後半と言われていますが、私の連休がようやく始まりました。今日は帰宅も遅くなったけど、昼間が素敵な五月晴れだったので、春のお茶を飲むぞ！ とMayDaysさんとこのジュンチヤバリさんHSP2024です。残り少ないんだけど、２回淹れるには少なく、１回で飲み切るには多い茶葉の量だったので、少なめの茶葉で長く蒸らしてみた。軽やかな口当たりと爽やかな香りになって、夜も遅いしこれくらいの淡やかさの方が今日は美味しいかも～。お煎茶みたいなからっとした香りになりました。新鮮、だけど美味しい！
