#CloudStrike
Ever since Cloudstrike, Microsoft has been extremely bullish on a project to eliminate general purpose ring 0 access in favor of specialized APIs. I suspect it’s something they’ve wanted to do away with for a while.

The A-Team heroes are striking a team pose for the fans! Seems like they have been practicing this to perfection! RpckHammer, False Impact and CloudStrike never disappoint!

As a software developer who smokes all day, you can definitely make massive fuck ups because you're too high. Desks don't mean anything, shit can go very bad at a desk.

Just ask the Cloudstrike, AWS, and Cloudflare devs, to name a few.

Fuck it, what even is that companies name, cloudstrike?
November 30, 2025 at 6:56 PM
Considering how difficult this is to reproduce and how they fail to divulge data about any of the other models. I am leaning towards the typical response of skepticism one should have when reading a blog post from cloudstrike.

az 5G itt van velünk, a cloud szintén, csak kevesebbet hallasz róla. kivéve mikor lehal az AWS/Cloudstrike/Cloudfare ....

Cloudstrike too. Many levels of that company are problematic.

Don't delay an update to fix a critical error. Rig the test to pass the error. A Y2K bug was right in front of them and they didn't care

My sleep schedule was also affected by Cleardata update and CloudStrike downtimes

But I got a chance to draw some butts and learn something for my future career (i guess??)

Kinda reminds of last year when Cloudstrike (not Cloudfare) went down and pretty much knocked out Windows while I was still at work

Day 23, missed 22 because cloudstrike broke my routine. Happy hump day to all. I'll be live on twitch around 8pm, hopefully not too late on that from getting my hair done c:

Cloudfare fing you with plugs so cloudstrike doesn’t f you with internet outages
Everyone says you need a flared base up until everything uses Cloudflare as their base!
November 19, 2025 at 1:59 AM
Lowkey miss when cloudstrike bricked all our corporate laptops. Can that happen again
November 18, 2025 at 5:07 PM
I can't tell if this is a sign of my brain glitching or if tech names are legit that bad, but duckduckgo and I just went around in circles a bit when I searched for "Cloudstrike outage." So close and yet so far.

Anyway, I would like AO3 back now, thanks. Pretty much everything else can go hang.

#cloudflare is doing a #cloudstrike ? Tip for name of competitor, earthflare ( cloud is starting to get a bad name )
November 18, 2025 at 2:42 PM
Ah, it was Cloudstrike I'm thinking of
November 18, 2025 at 1:52 PM
Yeah, I guess, it's not much different from cloudstrike, kolide, or any "managed" software, that someone pushes to your machine, really.
Just thinking about the power, a potential interceptor/manipulator/proxy of agent's prompts will have is fascinating

That's kind of my point. AWS, Cloudstrike, etc., are effectively critical infrastructure and allowing companies to self-manage them, including by their irresponsible reliance on AI (irresponsible because it comes with substantial risk against which we are not protected), is a recipe for disaster.

...
If AWS went down due to a bug in its DNS database and caused mass chaos...

...if Cloudstrike brought down the globe...

...if Jeep could brick its own cars…

…anything is possible.

It’s coming. Sadly, sooner than I suspected.

And companies continue their layoffs. Just sayin'. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It probably would've impacted me if I hadn't been taking a vacation right as it happened lmao.

Same with Cloudstrike last year. I was on sick leave when that happened.

As a former DR specialst for a former Fortune 500 company? I'm just gonna leave this here. #AWS #Cloudstrike #DRStragegy
