We can now understand mechanism of action, as well as resistance of this class of compounds. Hopefully this will pave the way for even better PolC inhibitors and a successful treatment for CDI (IBZ entering Phase 3 now) and other infections. Nice to have this out in #cdiffawarenessmonth. 8/9
