After the success of TMNT there was an explosion of animals w martial arts skills, Adolescent Radioactive Blackbelt Hamsters, Kangaroos, etc. Best & less of an Eastman/Laird ripoff was Fish Police, a guy who wakes up as a fish in a film, errr fish noir - yes that's Mignola & Art Adams on pinups!
