if I hadn't started as arcanist i'm not sure that the lore would have come about the same way, which is a little weird to think about. (although with the concept i started with, i'm not sure what other starting class i could have picked.)

Korabas was a mix of Arcanist and Pugilist during the times of Carteneau.

Azer'li is a red mage in-game because I rolled Arcanist to have a pocket tank, then midway through post-ARR the carbuncles became untargetable and my self-heal became useless as I moved into level 50 gear.

Unfortunately for Morroyo, this was his first reaction to his now-husband Lethe. 🤣

Damage over time spells are some of my favorites in any game but especially once I started reading into them from an rp standpoint… the kind of subtle manipulation an arcanist can do to someone’s aether to make them violently ill, or worse, is so fun to me

Ririzu would do pretty well in an escape room, she used to be an arcanist so shes got a good eye for details and a good mind for puzzles, but it wouldnt be her first choice of leisure activity tbh

I will say bc I haven’t made it high enough level on her yet that I haven’t unlocked her canon class of RDM, so instead I gave Arya a SCH outfit hc for if she chose the path of the Arcanist in her homecity!
However I still do have Arya’s first fit as well as her canon fit that….

I ACTUALLY THOUGHT I MIGHT BE ABLE TO BUT I want to reach a satisfactory point with Arcanist first (which likely will be in like 2 levels because then I can use peak equipment)
