I have not experienced the TTC, I must admit (excluding a pair of NewGRFs for OpenTTD, wherein TTC streetcars ("Big Witt", PCC A-1, PCC A-7, CLRV, and ALRV) and H-series subways tend to be very present in my games).

@Robsonian @c_9 a CLRV is about 1400 (I think) and an ALRV is over $2000. Look up TTC charters.

The TTC Russell Yard still operates, but the old streamlined PCC streetcars have long since disappeared from it, as have the CLRV and ALRV cars that replaced them.
Great to see that the TTC has retained a few examples that they bring out for special events.

This is a problem on routes with wider headways. The combo of bigger buses and lacklustre management makes service noticeably worse. 501 Queen never recovered from the Clrv to Alrv change and the Flexitys are even worse.

That was dropped when the TTC requested 60 additional streetcars, giving them 16 more than the ALRV/CLRV fleet. But years of austerity, shit TTC CEO, and endless construction makes it hard to run frequent service even with all the new cars.

This is what I bought. You never see these ads for sale on eBay. I will say this though, they look like they were cut out of a magazine.
