1. 47g (.25c) steel cut oats
2. 118g (.5c) water; also salt it
3. soak five hours (there will still be visible water after the soak)
4. add 59g (.25c) water. This is too much water; next time I might not add any, but I’m worried there’s not enough water from step one to microwave it
