**Abstract:** This paper presents Explainable AI via Contrastive Counterfactual Generation and Dynamic Attribution Mapping (ECC-DAM), a novel methodology for enhancing the interpretability of deep learning models, specifically addressing the limitations of existing XAI techniques. ECC-DAM combines contrastive counterfactual generation, dynamic attribution mapping using Bayesian Graph Neural Networks (BGNNs), and Bayesian Optimization for automatically refining attribution visualizations. This allows for the generation of human-understandable explanations that pinpoint the precise features driving model decisions while also dynamically adjusting the visualization based on user feedback.
