- Talks in Geneva are broader than Oman. Participation of Iranian econ. experts suggests sanctions issue, investments, oil, mining & gas on table
- No word yet from US. Both sides using mix of pressure tactics
- This could still escalate but understanding is tentative progress for diplomacy
