I totally see it! The pattern of the tail and wing feathers in your photo is distinctive. Check out this example I just found as a comparison.

Wow did you see this? Another example of how incredibly careless Trump and Musk are being with their cuts to the federal budget and workforce. Just left the pregnant-with-serious-and-escalating- complications wife of a State Dept employee high & dry in a country unable to provide the care needed

However, the request for medical evacuation was denied twice by the State Department Washington, first on February 4th and again on February 6th, with a mossuge from State Med stating that "thuro is no USAID funding for medevacs." The staff in the Medical Unit whe shared this determination with me did so through their own tears as they assured me that they knew this wrong and could be incredibly dangerous for my wife and unborn child. They told me that they didn't want to do this to us but they had no choice because they had to follow Washington's directives. They advised me I should consider paying our own way to a third country where my wife could access more advanced and reliable care. 6. I later learned that there was a verbal directive from State Department Washington leadership to Regional Medical Officers and the Medical Evacuations Team to cease all USAID medical evacuations, hosp…
