Everyone in the office gets to go home at 12pm, most people come in at 8am some 9am.

Me 6am. I'm annoyed I only get to leave at 12pm as well lol. A short day should be short for everyone

Am I understanding correctly that I can use the term "ilyen nincs" similar to how I use "what the fuck?" in my vocabulary? 😂 cause if so that's awesome

Love hearing coworkers talk about how they won't miss work if sick. "I'll get sent home but won't stay home, I tough it out"

What the fuck bro

Working through a new vocabulary app and it's like "where are the car keys", "the baby is teething", "Tom is a good person", "Budapest is Beautiful", "If you don't attend my language class I will kill you"

Can someone who has the background to be taken seriously please make a post explaining why antibody Cross-Reactivity is not going to cause a false positive RAT, molecular or PCR covid test

I'm seeing this study posted in coviding spaces as explaining false positives on rapid antigens.

This may be one of the worst self-inflicted things I've ever experienced.

Bitrix from mask fit testing spilled in my bathroom drawer and I didn't realize it until after I was well into flossing my teeth

It’s time to spell it out loud and clear. “Endemic” is a racist, classist, ableist and ageist word that means some people are worth less than others. It is part of “the price one pays for progress” that the expendable must be thrown under the wheel. www.wsws.org/en/articles/...

More people need to be teaching their kids that bullying and wearing someone down so their "no" eventually turns into a "whatever" is not the same as obtaining consent. Too many fucking adults seem to the that wearing someone down through bullying and badgering is the same as enthusiastic consent

This is from @lizwhatsherface.bsky.social: amazing, needed, it's what public health officials should be doing in every country.

They used Bip (www.blipbillboards.com) and said "Two digital billboards in Georgia only cost *$125* for a 20-day ad campaign"

Great piece in the Irish Examiner about clean air in schools

Clean air in schools should NOT be controversial

It is affordable, easily achievable and benefits kids in many ways

And again, this should NOT be controversial

Important wastewater data update: Biobot has lost its contract. This is disappointing news as wastewater data has been difficult to communicate to the public, and Biobot has been one of the leaders in making COVID wastewater data easy to understand.

If you have used 23andMe - or any similar site - change your password and turn on two factor authentication (2FA) NOW.

If 23andMe’s explanation of what has happened (a user-side credential exploit) is true, there’s no way of knowing yet if the current theft includes your data, or is still active. 🧪
“The initial data leak was… 1 million lines of data for Ashkenazi people.”

“The information… includes full names, usernames, profile photos, sex, date of birth, genetic ancestry results, and geographical location.”

Well, that’s surely not going to be a fucking problem. (sarcastically)

Genetics firm 23andMe says user data stolen in credential stuffing attack
23andMe has confirmed to BleepingComputer that it is aware of user data from its platform circulating on hacker forums and attributes the leak to a credential-stuffing attack.

of the email was simple
“for peace of mind
order your test kits today”
and while I appreciate
the straightforward message
it will take more
than four test kits
to give me peace of mind
when surrounded by a virus
that can take a mind to pieces.
