The clearest thing both labels communicate to me is "I self identify as someone who has arguments over the morality of fiction and considers them righteous" which I feel like is just setting yourself up to be miserable no matter what side you're on or what you feel is acceptable

I would consider "degenerate dog" an alt-right or neo-nazi slur tbh. The nazi's were the ones to promote and use the term "degenerate" to describe people who deviated from the norm.
