The anahuatl, the twin feathers on his head and lastly the Tohuenyo myth itself which mentions him being a disguise of Tezcatlipoca as a Huastec chili vendor. On the Huastec part we can see he has a conical head probably shaped, yellow hair (red and yellow are mentioned as hair dyes)...

From the Arqueologia Mexicana edition of the codex Fevervary Mayer, with accompanying text commentary. It mentions the figure being Huastec. The Tezcatlipoca part seems to be a bit more tentative though there are a few things which point to him as a likely possibility.

...and the daughter of Huemac (Toltec kings) sees him. She falls in love with and later ill with lust, even catching a fever. The cure as you'd imagine is the one who caused the illness, the Tohuenyo himself. So he is summoned by Huemac to heal his daughter.

Without going too far into a tangent I will leave that here but next time we will tie in the penis headed glyph to the famous Popol Vuh myth later. Until then, enjoy these other glyphs of some legs. Oh and yes, the first post here is also where I got my name zotz chuu and profile pic from.

The dickhead glyph mentioned earlier is believed to mean “xib’ah’ and mean something like underworld lord. It appears in the context of deities, particularly to Venus, who was a lord of the Underworld known as Hun Ahau (1 Lord). So, it could be part of a name or title for such a deity.

Another is the penis and testicle glyph which may be a logogram prefix. Penis glyphs can be seen incorporated into king’s names as one in Yaxchilan or used as a sky-penis title. Its relation to royalty is no surprise given that Maya royals practiced penis bloodletting rituals.

But it doesn’t stop there. We also have a penis logograph glyph which means “aat”. There is also a syllabic one for “me”. And there’s even the dickhead glyph more academically know as the penis-headed manikin glyph. More on that later.
