a few things later, NES is now proper working. Had to clean the MB connectors with an eraser and picked up a new 72 pin. The zapper I got works like new. and like all light gun stuff, still pretty fun.

Gdemu set up now on my Dreamcast. Disc drive was starting to go out so was a necessary mod. But now the door shoots open on my favorite console

Also fixed up a PSone I acquired with a broken disc drive. Cleaned and repaired it. Looks close to New now. Only issue is power input only works at a specific angle. I think it needs to be resoldered or replaced.

Recently fixed my childhood N64. One of the chips had corroded (after much much diagnosis). Put some ifixit anti corrosion on it and cleaned the chip and it starts up instantly

also everdrive X5 arrived. fiddled with it and you really have to get the SD card in there. But it works great and even got fan fan patches on stuff running. It's really cool and handy in this hell of game scalping.

cleaning the famicom pad I dropped one of the pieces for the button and it went into oblivion so I had to order replacement pads.

Super Famicom arrived and while it needs some cleaning and possibly a new pin connector, it does work with little issue. Controller needs a deep clean as well since the buttons are rather sticky. Both Area 88 and Yoshi's island worked after cleaning the connectors as well.

I legitimately feel bad that current generations are never going to live through a massive graphical leap. Gran turismo 2 and 3 are separated by just 2 years. When I was young I could not comprehend this leap.
