It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

Here’s an excellent idea… knowledgeable leaders in their respective areas who use that expertise to illuminate issues as they arise and become consistent voices, instead of relying on media outlets to deliver narratives on what’s taking place.
No—the Democrats don’t have a leader. And that’s fine and normal. Someone will emerge. But in the meantime, here’s an idea.
Democrats: Send in the Shadow Cabinet!
To fight Trump, the party needs unconventional thinking and a more aggressive footing in the information wars. Our friends across the pond have a good idea that they can steal.
