We need to wait for additional information about the school shooting in Evergreen, CO to be made available. We don't know if their preparation helped prevent further bloodshed or if their preparation failed somehow.

I’m an advocate for having emergency managers in every school in every school district no matter how big or small. It’s time because there’s a pervasive perception following virtually every mass school shooting that nothing is being done.
