Is it important that the media can report the news without government censorship?
In the United States, 92% say it is important.

Canada already made the border investment deal with Biden on Dec.17 2024. So Trudeau gave Trump nothing. Trump is holding the tarrif for 30 days. Canada is not buying US booze ($1B US loss) and blocking gov contracts with US companies Canada WON.

All Five Eyes partners need to presume that ALL US government IT systems are now insecure.

Similarly the EU need to treat any data interchange agreements with the US as null and void.

This includes cloud hosting on Azure, AWS and Google (not that anyone uses Google Cloud ;)
Random computers being plugged into federal networks is obviously terrifying in terms of what data they're deliberately accessing, but it's also terrifying because it implies controls are being disabled - unmanaged systems should never have access to this data. Who else has access to those systems?

Does the 25% US Tarrif apply to Canadian freshwater being sold to Nestle and other US waterbottlers? If so it's a win for Canadian environmentalists. But Watching to see if this is a leadup to reactivation of US plans since 1954 for diversion of Canadian freshwater to USA.

This is a FUCK of a lot of water to waste. This is not being done to “make the water flow” it’s being done to ruin the economy of California’s agricultural sector (and therefore the economy of the country.)

Fellow NSA - National Security Agency veterans. Look at what’s happened at the National Cryptologic Museum. They covered up with brown paper the photos of Women in American Cryptology. All in response to President Trump’s anti-diversity executive order.
