While I do sometimes say, "what I wouldn't give for another moment with them," but this is not it! Grieving is an emotional process that this would significantly stunt people from healing with things like this. No one would ever truly learn how to let go and honor the time together in memory.

Got more rough news about my furry soulmate today. Something still hadn't been sitting right with me for weeks. So we went to the vet again. They found a tumor on her urethra. I am glad to finally have more answers, but I am heartbroken at the fact we have even less time now... 💔

Happy divorciversary to myself. All those years ago I didn't know how life would look the next year, 5 or even more for me. After being told repeated I wouldn't make it without them, I think I am not only surviving but thriving without them. No matter what life threw at me since then!

One of the hardest things to face is the reality is that we are all on borrowed time here. It's even more heartbreaking to be told and have to face that I am a lot less borrowed time than I thought I was with my furry soulmate now. I just hope I can make it through it all this time. 💔

Since I never seem to see anyone's posts in my feed half the time, I am gradually just turning on notifications for individual people as I go. So I if start engaging a lot more with your content, then that would be why. I am still specifically curating my feed here. Le sigh.

I have officially been TikTok influenced and bought a mechanical keyboard. The first one was a total fail and got returned. The second one that just arrived this evening has a much more silent and creamy sound to it. Not to mention the rainbow back light is so cool. I'm in love! 😍

After 5 interviews & waiting over 3 weeks, I didn't get the role at Huntress that I was hoping to land. To say I am already exhausted by job hunting would be an understatement currently. The reality is I want the income and job stability, but it doesn't look like that's in the cards for me now.

Because I lost nearly everyone in the divorce except my matron of honor. We're still friends. I feel it's the price I had to pay to choose myself, heal, and leave.
