For the creators. Learn to walk away from 'opportunities' that don't compensate you fairly. Certain entities specialize in using their 'status' to get creators to accept jobs far below their worth for the chance for 'exposure.' Don't do it. Once you devalue your creativity, it's tough to regain it.
