So yes: the world’s biggest “proven” reserves number is misleading. The oil is geologically huge but economically marginal unless oil prices are high and somebody is willing to sink tens of billions into upgraders, diluent supply chains and refinery retrofits. That’s why IOCs walked away years ago

The convergence point is July-September 2026 - that's when all three systems (food, healthcare, energy) simultaneously fail the same population. By January 2027, either through massive social upheaval or complete safety net collapse.

I have been doing gentle tai chi and getting great results. You can do several exercises in a chair. The breathing becomes part of the exercise and is very powerful to the body healing. The key is very slow simple movements. I pray you find relief in whatever you do.

I have six 2 inch screws in my lower back. Along with 5 rubber disc’s. Three very difficult surgeries.
