Cheering on bank/railroad heir Timothy Mellon's $130 million "donation" to pay the military?
1) It's illegal. You can't earmark what a government donation goes to.
2) Using the money would violate the Antideficiency Act.
3) He is one of the largest MAGA donors. It is an obvious bribe.
