Today I went to my relatives’ home in Northern Gaza to collect my belongings. The situation was terrifying — tanks were nearby firing, and shells hit houses just meters away

My sister and her husband were heartbroken yesterday. They were hoping to return home after all this dispersion and suffering.

But yesterday the picture of their destroyed house was transferred, which contains all their belongings and memories.

I have no home.
The occupation destroyed it—along with my dreams, my future, and my family.
I feel homeless;
even the bed I sleep on isn’t mine. All I own are a few worn clothes. I am broken, wounded, and living with daily pain and humiliation

I spent another 7 months at the ICRC field hospital in Rafah, with countless surgeries and treatments. All that time I was far from my family, facing pain and fear alone 💔

Once, I nearly died from heavy bleeding. But I’m still here, holding on to life and hope 🇵🇸

After 2 weeks under siege at Shifa hospital, I was moved to the European Gaza Hospital. The ICRC gave me intensive care to survive. I stayed there for 7 months until it was evacuated. Those days were unbearably hard, no words can describe them.
