Some advice from a couple of years ago that I still think most creative people need to hear --
Don't put down your own work. Plenty of people want to devalue you and the things you Make. Don't help them do it.

People really have no clue how much racist abuse Black cosplayers endure from these evil people. Like the things said to them on IG and Reddit are VILE, when all they want is to share their art and love.

I am so sorry for ash and their family. They deserved so much better from this rotten world.

A Black cosplayer named ash squidkid passed recently due to anti Black harassment.

They were constantly bullied and it became too much.

This is why the anime community sucks.

Its why its very hard to support any of it when creators and participants practice racism towards consumers that are Black

I'll be honest I can't describe this. it's too embarrassing. it's gay and I listened to the song "Ashes" by Phantogram like 50 times while drawing it so some of the lyrics are on the image. they're embracing gayly. idk and there's a slight chromatic aberration effect on the image. I'm very sorry alt text user. this is why I never post my art here Fanart of Shion and Ryoga from Paradox Live in their 3rd anniversary costumes. There is a screenshot of a tumblr post in the top right corner that reads "i still dont know what backshots is i assume its when your friend bends over so you can stabilize your rifle betwern there butcheeks" Ryoga is bent over so Shion can stabilize his rifle between his buttcheeks. I call it "the backshot brothers" fanart of Shion from Paradox Live but he's dressed like 2018 Ariana Grande. he is having a great time and it looks better than it should to be honest. I fear this creation will haunt me for the rest of my days.

Went to Michaels to get paper and found out that they have glue tape dispenser things for scrap booking that I could easily use for my mixed media stuff.

Well, I decided to get it because "went for paper, not glue" but now I keep thinking about it & I should have gotten one!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!

The "Frieren angle" thing, apart from just being delightful, also completely demolishes the pathetic "AI is democratising art" argument. Someone struggling with a difficult drawing received advice from hundreds of strangers who just wanted to help them improve their art.

(Heavy Baelfort vibes) Elodie is an Earth Federation pilot but has the top part of her suit tied around her waist. Gaius is a Zeon pilot, has one arm around her waist. His helmet floats in the foreground. One can assume that tensions were high between these two being from opposing sides but moments prior. But the atmosphere must have done a quick shift for them to be in such a compromising position now. "Meguriai" is the ending theme of Mobile Suit Gundam III: Encounters in Space.
