When I say "Sexfundamentalism," I'm referring to a highly specific strain of ideologies that revolve around the idea that your sex should be the basis for your rights, privileges or roles in society, that these should be exclusive to a given sex, and/or that sex-nonconformity should be punished.

When I say "Sexfundamentalism," I'm referring to a highly specific strain of ideologies that revolve around the idea that your sex should be the basis for your rights, privileges or roles in society, that these should be exclusive to a given sex, and/or that sex-nonconformity should be punished.

Medical fucking gatekeeping. A cis woman can be prescribed hrt in 5 hours. I, like many other trans women are going to be waiting for 10 years+ 17500x longer. Imagine any other medical setting where the delay of that magnitude is acceptable.
