An example of what I would call sex-nonconforming would be trans/nonbinary individuals. I call them sex-nonconforming because they do not align themselves with their sex at birth, nor the expectations associated with it.

When I say "Sexfundamentalism," I'm referring to a highly specific strain of ideologies that revolve around the idea that your sex should be the basis for your rights, privileges or roles in society, that these should be exclusive to a given sex, and/or that sex-nonconformity should be punished.
Sexfundamentalism: The fanatical belief that policing and punishing sex-nonconformity is a moral obligation, turning biology into a weapon to silence, erase, and control its dissidents.

In other words, there's a MAJOR difference between you believing that "sex is immutable" and using those beliefs as a casus belli against nonbelievers.
The former makes you weird (derogatory), and the latter makes you a sexfundamentalist.
