Donald J. Trump + @realDonald Trump Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect. The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States. The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him. I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally. Joe Biden was not involved in the Autopen process and, if he says he was, he will be brought up on charges of perjury. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

US District Judge Cameron Currie has dismissed the criminal indictments against former FBI Director James Comey and New York AG Letitia James after finding that former Trump attorney Lindsey Halligan was not lawfully appointed as a prosecutor.

Dismissal without prejudice means it MAY be possible to refile the indictments against James Comey and Letitia James-even though the statue for Comey has run

But this is an awful defeat for Pam Bondi's DOJ

And if the cases are revived defendants can still seek dismissal for malicious prosecution

BREAKING: Judge rules Lindsey Halligan's appointment was not valid, thus, she had no authority to present the James Comey or Letitia James indictments and the indictments are dismissed without prejudice.

NEW: Shira Perlmutter, the head of the Copyright Office, filed her opposition today to DOJ's request for an order from SCOTUS that would allow the Trump administration's effort to fire her to take effect during litigation.

OK, where are we on the SNAP benefits cases?

Two things happened this morning:

* DOJ told SCOTUS they're still fighting to stop full November SNAP benefit payments, via their stay request at SCOTUS
* District court judge in Mass. stayed USDA's 11/8 memo ordering states to "undo" full payments

Rhode Island State Council of Churches, et al., No. 25A539 Dear Mr. Harris: Pursuant to the Court's order from this morning, this letter confirms that the government still intends to pursue a stay in this matter and will file a supplemental brief by 4:00pm this afternoon. I also write to inform the Court about two developments relating to this application. First, last evening, the Senate voted to begin the process for ending the shutdown and funding the government-including full funding for SNAP through the end of the fiscal year. See Jordain Carney, Senate Advances Plan to End Historic Shutdown in Bipartisan Breakthrough, Politico (Nov. 9, 2025).' That proposal, if ultimately adopted by both Houses of Congress and signed by the President, would end the shutdown and moot this application. Second, this morning, a district court in a related case issued a temporary restraining order. That TRO purports to stay the USDA's November 8 memorandum that directed States that had processed full SNAP benefits for November without authorization to take immediate steps to undo those actions and revert to processing partial (65%) SNAP payments for November. Good cause shown, the USDA Memorandum issued on Saturday, November 8, 2025, directing that "ItJo the extent States sent full SNAP payment files for November 2025," they "must immediately undo any steps taken to issue full SNAP benefits for November 2025" and shall "advise the appropriate FNS Regional Office representative of steps taken to correct any actions taken that do not comply with this memorandum[,l" see Attachment to Defendants' Third Notice to Court 4 [ 79 4 is STAYED pending further court order. The clerk shall reset the hearing scheduled for November 13, 2025, to a remote hearing today at 3:30 p.m.(SEC) (Entered: 11/10/2025)

We are burdened with enormous debt entirely because of that "ugly big bill." We didn't have this kind of debt during Biden's or Obama's presidency. Trump created another problem, then stole money from us to "solve" it, and then said he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize.

SNAP update. Insane one. So USDA is now saying on a huge lag:
- issue partial payments using a bad-math formula;
- CLAW BACK full issuances that any state sent *properly* under last week's guidance;
- if you don't CLAW BACK benefits, we won't pay the federal share of SNAP administrative costs (??)
11/8 SNAP guidance that states can only send partial benefits and suggests clawback otherwise penalty for failing to do so 11/7 USDA memo that told states to issue full benefits

I always find it interesting how the story changes when a lawyer gets to court. They can say anything they want outside of court without accountability but the rules are vastly different in court where you can get seriously penalized for lying.
