This language and the on-purpose word choices are so, so racist. It tells me everything I need to know about just who is equal in America. The idea that without a strong back, a worker dies is a sneaky slavery reference. Many thanks to Sherrilyn Ifill for pointing out this language.

Students and their parents want to speak to a real person for a real discussion. Some inquiries may be very personal or sensitive. Also, AI could be the basis for a for-profit model that collects data.
Musk is working on replacing contract workers in the Department of Education with AI chatbots, aiming to use generative AI to handle student and parent inquiries.
