This generation of Ukrainians enjoyed a short period of freedom and peace from Russian hell in their lives. They were born under Russian occupation, survived Russian/Soviet genocide, saw independence, and are living their final years in terror, death and destruction. Damn Russia to hell.

Language is important. When a war of aggression is called “[victim’s name] + conflict”, the focus on the aggressor is lost. Make sure to always remember and pronounce the name of the aggressor. It should not be “they-who-not-be-named”. Justice starts with small steps.
