This is why the idea of “bringing manufacturing back” will not work. We need higher level, skilled jobs in our country.

Incentivize our citizens by easily accessible training programs, not budget busting college degrees. We don’t have to keep killing coal miners.
The idea that tariffs will bring manufacturing jobs back:
Building a factory takes long term planning & 3-5yrs to complete.
By then we will have a new President with their own agenda or Trump may back off of these sooner.
Why would a CEO make a massive investment like that w/so many unknowns?

Voting has consequences.
Trump and DOGE fired USDA employees who held vital positions inspecting our food and protecting supply chains from invasive pests.

Experts now warn that food could rot while waiting for inspections, which could lead to even higher grocery prices.

The richest man in the world calls people who get help from government programs the “parasite class.”

But Medicaid’s beneficiaries aren’t parasites. Half of them are children.

If we’re talking about people who depend on government, Elon Musk is the biggest “parasite” of all.

Trump wants to extend his tax cuts for rich individuals, which would add $4.6T to the deficit.

But he wants to go even further, cutting the corporate tax rate to 15%.

It's yet another absolutely shameless giveaway.
