I’m in Latvia… so beat able to look at stuff when l’m at hotel or on a train. Certainly the combination of winter like storms and warm oceans does result in heavy rainfalls. We have been having higher than normal number of passing storms.

The wells along the eastern shore don’t know what hit them. More rain in the first week of November than all summer! Another 50+ possible for you early next week.
