That "Why?" is a breath of fresh air.

The BBC should be challenged more often for its choice of framing -- giving lobbied 'impartiality' greater reverence than actual facts.

Nuclear power is dangerous, slow to build, and costs twice as much as any other electricity, but a monopoly controls its construction and fuel.

While Solar and Wind is the cheapest electricity and fastest to build, but no monopoly controls it.

So obviously they pick Nuclear.
