Thank you to the police, ambulance and coast guard personnel who came out a rescued a bloke on the rocks at Weston-super-Mare last night. Also thank you to the very calm coast guard operator who told me thay had already been notified by the police. We stayed until police and paramedics arrived.

Mine is the dance remix of Faith Hill's "This Kiss" that used to play on Vibe FM in the late-90s. I think the mix was by their morning show DJ Stevie-Boy Wright (not to be confused with the late Radio 1 DJ, Steve Wright). and it had so much energy.
