Tbf, I've been playing Remedy's 3rd person shooters for 25 years and they haven't really missed once. They could've just done Control 2, I'm excited to see what they do with this.

Whole thing needs a rework I think. Some categories should be slashed and maybe we don't need a winner for all the categories. Would be nice to just say "these are the games that excel in this aspect."

My post was more talking at videos I've seen where they just shove sticks of butter under the skin, or cake it all over, or inject it so it sprays like a fountain when cut into (the worst).

Grill to crock pot is an interesting method I haven't heard of, need to look into that.

I've done both compound butter under skin and just the herb brine, and personally I don't think butter makes much of a difference. But I know it's hard to argue against butter, it certainly doesn't hurt.

You're already using butter in the gravy, the turkey just needs to be cooked properly. This year I did a wet then dry brine and spatchcock, people are saying it's the juiciest turkey they've ever had.
