I haven't been using Windows much over the past 20 years, having been on Mac and Chrome for most of that time...so, tell me, is this something that Windows users normally just tolerate? (I'm used to getting 7 days notice on my Chromebook rather than just 5 minutes.)

to add interest and reduce its visual bulk." Does it? Really? This feels jarring, and seems to exaggerate the scale rather than presenting as an aggregation of smaller buildings.

This is a damn low threshold for "intensive urban." Seems to include sprawling single-floor office parks in that category...which explains the, uhh, "intensive urban" core of Federal Way.

Entiat, WA (USA) has an amazing waterfront development opportunity. Their Waterfront Master Plan has sat on the shelf since 2009. It's an amazing vision...but has lacked any tangible progress, likely because there's no path for incremental development of the plan: cms2.revize.com/revize/entia...
