Charter school group InspireNOLA CEO Jamar McKneely said immigration raids will not be allowed on its campuses; the system's schools will protect students. "...we need our city to help protect our students in school, to make sure they're not randomly being picked up."

I just want to know why I come across so many terrible drivers in the parking lots of health food stores. If you’re focused on eating healthy for the sake of your body and mind, maybe you should figure out how to drive so you can live to actually eat that healthy food.

I would love to know why the heck gluten-free frozen biscuits (6 ct) cost $10.99.

They’re $9.99 this week and I’ll consider that a kinda win and I’ll definitely take it but still…. wtf

My insurance got me a new (but old (I’ve used this med previously) med for my migraines because enough time had passed since my other med’s last refill but in the same time frame (old med refill to new med ready), my insurance is still approving my adhd rx that I’ve taken since 2005/2006

Why do I have to do my planning and my class’ assessments when you want??? You’re the one going out of town next Tuesday through the end of the week and have to do yours tomorrow and Monday.

That doesn’t like a “my problem” situation.

I went to the dentist today and had to update my medical info pages. I’m both proud and horrified that I separated my meds as “daily” and “as needed”.

On one hand, I feel like I have my shit together to the point where I organized the list. On the other hand, why do I take that many meds already?

Nail girl and I are friends on Finch and share a goal of eating dinner. I texted her to eat dinner and she sent me a picture of her eating a slice of bread. Just a slice of bread. 😂😅 trying to not “elder/mom” talk to her about what dinner means and reminding myself it’s better than nothing.

I want to know why my neighbor was pissed (to the point of cussing and yelling) over my dog and another dog barking back and forth on Friday evening at like 6 PM but doesn’t see anything wrong with her music shaking my apartment until 3 am all weekend.

“It scares the hell out of me. The ignorance, the arrogance, the lies — it’s staggering. Trump knows better, but he’s a tool of the system, profiting while the planet suffers.”

I would love to be able to eat ANYTHING and not have pain and nausea during and/or after eating.

I already limit my gluten and dairy but wtf is wrong with salads, digestive gods!? Why are you taking my salads from me? It’s practically grass. Why take *practically grass* from me

I thought classified documents went into bathrooms
Maybe this is obvious to everyone but…why does the White House need a ballroom? It has enough space for state dinners, no? Is this for dances? Weddings? Storing classified documents?

Just confused so the reason would be helpful thx

Tonight marks a milestone for all of us at the PBS News Hour. On this day 50 years ago, we aired our first broadcast. The show had a different name, but the same mission to deliver thoughtful & trustworthy journalism. Half a century later, we're still at it & guided by the same principles & mission.
