I am totally embarrassed but having a belly laugh. Visiting London and a station here cut into programming for a 'live' press conference by the Dotard from the Oval Office. After 15 minutes of mindless rambling, lies and distorted views the station cut away calling it all "Constructive Ambiguity".

Why is it so HARD for medical billing to be clear for everyone? If I go to a hospital ER for treatment and it is the ONLY place I received treatment, why do I get billing invoices from 4+ places that I have no idea were involved in my treatment? Bills go unpaid because it just seems like a scam!!
