The money was raided from the Social Security Trust Fund to finance Bush/Cheney gulf war in Iraq. The promise to 'repay' was never kept and here we are again, they are trying to raid the already depleted fund to finance a billionaire tax cut. Highway robbery by the uber-wealthy and an Orange Turd.
