in fact every guarantee can be applied now if it is serious. otherwise pedophiles can promise everything, then russia can attack again saying (as they always lied for centuries) that they are defending and trump would say it's ukraine's fault and joe biden's and chemtrails' bye-bye.
I have no idea how Ukraine is going to get a security guarantee they can trust. They're eventually going to have to agree to *something,* and someday we'll have a better president, but who knows if they can trust that person either? Obama wasn't the worst person overall, but he did almost nothing.
