Wow. Just wow.

Trump seems insistent on making it virtually impossible to resist the conclusion that he’s shitting large orange bricks about what’s in the Epstein files.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To see what a betrayal this is, recall that Trumpism was supposed to break with Reaganomics. It was supposedly a challenge to elites rigging the economy in their favor without it ever "trickling down" to working class. But this bill is elite rigging maximized.

We drill into military officers that Members of Congress have Constitutional oversight rights, Members outrank four-stars in protocol, and even Congressional staffers are treated like generals/admirals.

To see sworn federal officers manhandle and handcuff a U.S. Senator... I'm still shook up.

I guess you could go to your local bookstore and pick up a copy of Tapper & Thompson’s Biden book, continue to browse, and then leave it tucked onto a shelf in a section no one ever visits. Meanwhile the computerized inventory system will show it in stock, so no automatic reorder.

Weird how the same party that insisted undocumented immigrants don't pay any taxes is now using the records of undocumented immigrants paying their taxes to find them.

Of course they think it's *great* they won't be adding to our tax revenues anymore. Damn freeloaders, giving us money for nothing.
The IRS has agreed to share information with ICE to help locate people for deportation, court records show, a fundamental change in how the tax collector uses its tightly regulated records. nyti.ms/3XQ9vWk

This headline needs a re-write. Your Republican members of Congress back the tariff destruction 100%. That's why we're here. www.cnbc.com/2025/04/04/t...
Congress has power over tariffs, but stopping Trump isn't likely as of now
Stock market indices have sharply fallen on the heels of President Trump imposing higher tariffs on more than 180 countries.

Good day to remember that a US President has no inherent power over tariffs whatsoever. It’s not like war powers or pardons. It’s entirely delegated by Congress to deal with emergencies. GOP Congress cld modify that law tonight and bring this to a screeching halt.

So we could lose $200B in tourism, $100B in immigrants paying taxes, $100B in weapons manufacturing, $500B in lost tax revenue from firing IRS employees… is it sinking in yet?
International tourism is worth $200 billion every year to the US economy.

Sorry, *was.
